Schedule of Fees and Services:
Most of the web development provided by Avid International does not require us to establish a maintenance schedule or monthly fee. However, on those occasions when we are needed to perform changes we charge as follows:
Maintenance: $155 per hour. Billing in 15 minute increments (e.g. 15 minutes = $38)
Consulting/Research/Reporting: $155.00 per hour or $500 per report.
Programming:
$155 per hour: 1 hour min.
8 hour block; $900
20 hour block: $2,500.
40 hour block: $4,500.
Video Acquisition:
$550 SD/HD* half day (up to 5 hours)
$1100 SD/HD* full day (up to 10 hours)
Video Animation/Editing:
$155 per hour: 1 hour min.
8 hour block; $900
20 hour block: $2,500.
40 hour block: $4,500.
Voice/Talent:
Voice over 120 second script: $100
On Camera Talent: $100 Minimum.
Union VO Talent: Scale.
Union On Air Talent: Scale
Rush Job/Emergency: $250 per hour (30 minute minimum).
Hosting: $9 - $120 per month based on space/bandwidth
* Includes lighting gear, dollies etc if applicable.
